Adding Locations / Rooms
You can create locations and rooms for specific courses.
- On the sidebar under Administration, click on Locations. You will see a list of locations that are currently set up. There is an Active and an Archived Locations list.
- To create a new location, click the green Create Location button in the top right.
- You will be prompted to fill out the required fields, such as Name, Address, etc. NOTE: all locations must have a room assigned to it. There is a checkbox at the bottom of the Add New Location form called Automatically Generate Room For Location? Having this box selected will automatically generate a room for this location, which allows you to select it for any upcoming classes. You can also add multiple rooms for a single location.
- On the sidebar under Administration, click on Locations. Select desired location, under this location there will be a Rooms tab, click the green Add New Room button there. Here you can assign another room to the location, or if a room was never set up for the location, you can do that here. The only required field is the Room Name. NOTE: If you enter a room capacity, that number will always be respected for upcoming classes. Regardless of the class capacity entered, if it is attached to this room and location, the capacity will never exceed the established room capacity.
