What is AnchorPoint?
AnchorPoint is a student information system built for maritime organizations that run structured courses and certification programs. It handles the full lifecycle of a student — from registration and attendance to payments and certificate release.
What you can do in AnchorPoint
- Register students into classes and manage their enrollment records
- Process payments — cash, check, external transactions, and credit cards via Clover
- Release certificates to students who complete and pass their courses
- Manage locations and classrooms where classes are held
- Track instructors and students across multiple courses and sessions
Who uses AnchorPoint?
The system is organized around four roles, each with a different set of permissions and responsibilities:

| Super Admin | Full system access — manages all settings, users, and data |
| Admin | Day-to-day operations — registrations, payments, certificates, locations |
| Instructor | Manages their assigned classes and student progress |
| Student | Views their own enrollment, schedule, and certificates |
