What is AnchorPoint?

AnchorPoint is a student information system built for maritime organizations that run structured courses and certification programs. It handles the full lifecycle of a student — from registration and attendance to payments and certificate release.

What you can do in AnchorPoint

  • Register students into classes and manage their enrollment records
  • Process payments — cash, check, external transactions, and credit cards via Clover
  • Release certificates to students who complete and pass their courses
  • Manage locations and classrooms where classes are held
  • Track instructors and students across multiple courses and sessions

Who uses AnchorPoint?

The system is organized around four roles, each with a different set of permissions and responsibilities:
