My Classes

My Classes is the record of every class you've registered for — what's coming up, what you've completed, what you owe, and the certificates you've earned. Everything about a single class lives in one panel you open by clicking its row.

Open My Classes from the sidebar. Two tabs split your classes by time:

TabWhat It Shows
UpcomingClasses that haven't happened yet
PastClasses that have finished

What Each Column Shows

ColumnWhat It Shows
NameThe course name
DatesThe class dates, or Self-paced for online courses
LocationWhere it's held, or Online / Remote. Not Set means the school hasn't confirmed a venue yet.
StatusWhere this registration currently stands

If a tab is empty you'll see "You have no upcoming classes." or "You have no past classes."

Status Labels

StatusWhat It Means
CancelledThe registration was cancelled
DeferredYou deferred this class and are waiting to be placed in a future one
Balance DueYou still owe money for this class
PassedYou completed the class successfully
FailedYou didn't pass
ConfirmedYou're registered and paid up — nothing further needed

Only one status shows at a time. Balance Due takes priority over Confirmed, so a class you're enrolled in but haven't finished paying for shows the balance, not the confirmation.

Viewing a Class

Click any row to open its panel. The course name is the title, with the status label beside it. There are two tabs: Details and Payments.

Details Tab

At the top, three figures summarise the money side:

FigureWhat It Shows
TuitionThe total cost of the class
PaidWhat you've paid so far
BalanceWhat's left to pay. An overpayment shows with a plus sign, e.g. +$50.00.

If you owe anything, a Pay Balance button appears showing the exact amount.

Pay Balance opens the payment drawer, where you can pay by card. See Payments.

Certificate — once your school releases your certificate, a Download Certificate button appears here.

Class Details lists the practical information:

RowWhat It Shows
CourseThe course name
DatesThe class dates, or "Self-paced"
LocationWhere to go
Signed UpWhen you registered

Defer Registration appears at the bottom when your school allows deferral for this class. See Deferring a Class.

Payments Tab

A red dot on the tab label means there's a balance outstanding.

At the top you'll see either a warning showing the Balance Remaining with a Pay Balance button, or a green confirmation that the class is Paid in Full.

Payment History lists every payment against this class. Each row shows what kind of payment it was, its current state, the transaction reference or note, the date, and the amount.

LabelWhat It Means
PaidA successful card payment
RecordedA payment your school entered on your behalf — cash or check
RefundedThe payment was refunded to you
VoidThe payment was cancelled. The amount shows struck through.
ForfeitedThe payment was retained under the cancellation policy

Download Receipt gives you a PDF receipt for this class, useful for expense claims or employer reimbursement.

If nothing's been paid yet you'll see "No payments were added or charged yet".

Defer RegistrationDeferral isn't available for this class — check with your school.

A class you expected to seeCheck the other tab. Classes move from Upcoming to Past once their end date passes.
Location shows "Not Set"Your school hasn't confirmed a venue yet. It'll appear here once they do.

Key Relationships

  • Registration: Each row is one registration — you in one class. Your result, certificate, and balance all belong to that registration rather than to your account as a whole.
  • Payments: The Payments tab shows only what's been paid toward this class. Your Payments page shows everything across all classes.
  • Certificates: A certificate belongs to a class. Your dashboard's Download Certificates panel gathers them all in one place.
  • Deferrals: Deferring moves this registration onto a waiting list and carries your payments across as credit.

Tips & Notes

  • Check Location before you travel. "Not Set" means the venue isn't confirmed — worth a call before making arrangements.
  • The red dot on the Payments tab is a balance. If you see it, there's money outstanding on that class.
  • Download your receipt after paying. If you're claiming the cost back from an employer, the PDF receipt is what they'll want.
  • A class disappearing from Upcoming is normal. It's moved to Past, along with your result and certificate.
  • Tell your school early if you can't attend. Deferring in advance keeps your payments as credit toward a future class; not showing up may not.
